Balances don't agree within the program (QWin)

I have the same issue. The balance column does not match the today's balance for a credit card account.

Is your account register correctly sorted by Date in ascending order (newest transaction at bottom of register)?
If the register is sorted by some other register column or filtered to only show certain transactions, the Running Balance may be meaningless.1 -
I am having the same issue the last two days. I restored from a backup and that seemed to fix the issue but it has now come back. My primary checking and credit card balances are all out of whack. I dont see a solution anywhere????

I am also experiencing this the last couple of days, i have to restore from backup to get it right, but as soon as i do one step update it throws my accounts out of whack again. It does not affect all of my accounts, but it does with my most used checking account.

Is there not a confirmation from quicken acknowledging there is an issue? No solution suggested to remediate this defect?

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing an issue with balances. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. Which balances are wrong (online balance, ending balance, etc.)? How are they wrong (eg: out of date, off by the amount of pending transactions for the account, etc.)? Which financial institution(s) is this happening with?
