UPDATE! 12/8/25 Multiple financial institutions - CC-501 / CP_SERVER_ERROR / request-body-field

We are receiving reports of several different financial institutions returning the following errors:

• Quicken for Windows: CC-501
• Quicken for Mac: CP_SERVER_ERROR / request-body-field

We are still attempting to determine all affected financial institutions, however we have received contacts from customers receiving the errors for these financial institutions so far:

• CIT Bank Online (CTP-15414)
• CIT N.A. New Login (CTP-15414)
• FirstBank of Colorado (CTP-15411)
• FirstBank of Colorado – ICM (CTP-15411)
• Ameris Bank – GA (CTP-15416)
• Bank of Hawaii (CTP-15422)
• TreasuryDirect (CTP-15419)
• Associated Bank (CTP-15451)
• Space Coast Credit Union (CTP-15443)
• Security Service FCU (CTP-15456)
• Mercedes-Benz Financial (CTP-15472)
• Mercury Card (CTP-15531)

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
