Same here, but I am running Quicken Classic Deluxe Canadian Windows. Also been running various versions of Quicken for forever.

    Hello @Crusty Old Guy,

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing the issue in Quicken Classic Canadian Windows. To help troubleshoot the issue, please provide more information. When did you first notice this behavior? Did this behavior coincide with anything else, such as a program/computer update or an unexpected program/computer shutdown? Did you check to make sure the option did not get selected somehow?

The problem has been occurring for quite some time over various versions. Since it's not a show stopper, I haven't bothered reporting it, until I saw somebody had the same issue in their Mac version.

    I am running version R64.31 Build 27.1.64.31.

Since I have been using Quicken since before One Step Update appeared, I don't use it. I tried setting it up once, then stopped using it using it.

I have 3 accounts. I log into them individually and use their "download" option to get my matching transactions. In Quicken Account List all three show they are setup for transaction download. Two of the three get the OSU window after downloading transactions. Those two accounts show "OSU is not available" under Account Details". The one account that doesn’t get the OSU window says it “supports an improved connection method” and wants me to set it up.
    All I got!
