We have heard from several customers in Quicken Community that there may be an issue importing QFX files in Quicken Classic for Windows after updating to R65.15 or R65.17.

Instead of the normal QFX import process, customers are encountering Quicken Windows prompting for an installation disk or .MSI file. The issue doesn't appear to be specific to any financial institution. And it should be resolvable by uninstalling and reinstalling the application.

Our teams are aware of and investigating the issue. There is currently no ETA as to when this issue will be resolved.
