NEW! 12/2/25 Vanguard- QFX Fail Leads to OL‑221‑A and OL‑221‑B Errors
We are receiving reports that some customers updating to Quicken R65.17 are experiencing problems importing QFX (Web Connect) files and receiving OL-221-A / OL-221-B errors—particularly with Vanguard accounts.
In some cases, automatic downloads may appear successful, but no transactions are delivered. The issue is resolved for some by uninstalling and reinstalling the application, but Vanguard downloads may still be affected.
Our teams are aware of and investigating the issue. There is currently no ETA as to when this issue will be resolved.
