Thank you for sharing your request!
To clarify, in order for any financial institution to appear in Quicken’s financial institution list and support downloads, the institution itself must initiate the process and establish a contract with our service providers. This isn’t something Quicken can set up from our side.
If you’d like to see Alpaca.markets supported, we recommend reaching out to them directly and letting them know you’d like the ability to download your accounts into Quicken. They would need to submit the request on their end for integration to move forward.

@e_k The reason for @Quicken Anja's reply is that there are changes that must be made on the Financial Institution's end also … Q can't do it all by themselves.
SO, without the FI's consent, it can't/won't happen

Thanks for jumping in, @NotACPA — exactly right. Financial institutions have to make specific changes on their end for Quicken compatibility, which is why the request needs to start with them.
