Downloads from LPL stopped working

In late November, my routine download of my investment accounts from LPL Financial stooped working. Error says LPL does not use the right format (I don't have the exact wording), but nothing changed as far as LPL is concerned. LPL generates a QFX file, but Quicken does not accept it. I've tried various methods as suggested by Quicken Community with limited success. Most alternatives end up being only Simple, thus I have no register and cannot view my transactions. Most recently, I got the error in the screenshot below.
I am using Windows 10 on a laptop. I have reverted to an earlier version of Quicjken (from 65.17 to 64.30 without an improvement.
I need a fix.
