Quicken Classic for Mac bank connections
I am hoping to buy Quicken Classic for Mac, but am concerned about whether or not it will be able to automatically download from Bank of America and Chase. These banks no longer support Direct Connect. Can anyone confirm that Classic for Mac supports connection to these banks? (e.g., through Express Web Connect)
Thanks,
Eric

For QMac users who might not know: Express Web Connect is a QWin download connection method. The QMac equivalent of that is Quicken Connect.

Hello @Eric124700,
Thank you for reaching out! As @Boatnmaniac said, the equivalent of Express Web Connect in Quicken for Mac is Quicken Connect.
Bank of America and Chase are supported in Quicken for Mac. The connection process is similar to Quicken for Windows. You click the + sign icon or navigate to Accounts>Add Account…, then search for your financial institution and follow the prompts. It will redirect you to the financial institution website to authorize, then back to Quicken to finish adding or linking the account(s) in your Quicken file. If you're adding the accounts as new, make sure Add as new account is selected. Otherwise, make sure Quicken is seeing the correct existing account to link to.
I hope this helps!
