Random "NA" I can't get rid of for RSU vesting transaction

I have been entering some old RSU stock awards since I still have a few active. In going back to enter them, I am having an issue with the very first award and vest. Everything is normal with the exception that the "bought" transaction doesn't deduct the cash from the stock award that is in my account. IT simply adds "NA". It is especially annoying since it keeps the cash as active cash but also counts the shares that were bought so it is double counting. I have tried to delete the one transaction and manually add it but still the same happens. I have gone and validated by file to no avail. I have about 20 transactions as part of some stock awards but this is the only one that is the issue. Any help?? Also, there are no placeholder entries listed in the bottom of the account so I can't even find a place to go to address the "NA"

See if there are Placeholder transactions for those securities. That's, usually, what results in the NA for all succeeding transactions for such a security.

Too see Placeholders, you might have to click EDIT, Preferences, Investments and check "Show Hidden Transactions". The Placeholders will have an action of "Entry" (or somesuch).

Placeholders are created by Q when the downloaded quantity (from your FI) doesn't match what you've recorded in Q. To make them eligible for removal, you'll need to resolve that discrepancy.
