Improve accuracy of Net Worth through automation by downloading home and vehicle values

Add the ability for vehicles added under "Property & Debt" to automatically depreciate according to data pulled from a website, such as Kelly Blue Book, and houses added under "Property and Debt" to automatically appreciate according to data pulled from a website, such as Zillow. This will improve the accuracy of "Net Worth."

    Quicken already supports downloading Zillow provided you have the Premier edition or higher.
