quicken randomly changing 401K category to [unspecified account]

For years, I've had an income reminder set up in the calendar that has all the categories set up for taxes, income source, company insurance deductions, and 401K. Several times this year, Quicken will replaced the [401(k)] category with "[Unspecified Account]". I've tried rebuilding my Quicken file, but this has not help. How do I stop Quicken from randomly changing my 401k category?

I'm using Quicken Classic Premier for Windows, Version R65.17, build 27.1.65.17

    Have you tried taking a backup and then Validating your QWin data file? Because what you're describing sounds to me like data corruption.

    And, you describe your 401K as both an Account (which I would expect it to be) and as a Category? Those have VERY different meanings in Q … so which are you actually using?
