Quicken not updating my Citibank accounts
I've had my Citibank checking, savings, and credit card linked to Quicken for several years. It is no longer updating any transactions from Citibank for several months now. When I select "one step update" it doesn't even list Citibank in the list of financial institutions you can select to update. If I go to any of my Citibank accounts in Quicken and select the settings icon dropdown at the top right, the typical lightning bolt and option to "update now" isn't there either.
There's no error message or denial, it just doesn't even try to update my accounts or let me request an update anymore for any of the Citibank accounts. So frustrating.

Hello @Carden,
Thank you for sharing your experience. I am happy to help!
It sounds like we need to completely sever the connection and then reestablish it.
To do this:
1. Save a Backup. Steps can be found in this article if needed.
2. Disconnect ALL Citibank accounts in Quicken. Here are the steps on how to do that.
3. Revoke Quickens Third-Party Access from the Citibank website.
4. Add accounts back into Quicken
Once back in Quicken, you will want to make sure you choose the "LINK to existing" option for all of the accounts that are already in Quicken.
Let me know how it goes!
