PNC Problem Solved-Almost - online balance incorrect [Edited]
I had the PNC missing/double transaction issues a number of days ago but that problem seems to be solved over the last few days—no duplicates or missing. However, the "online balance" at the bottom of the register is not updating correctly. I can check my online balance via PNC app/website and what is shown in my register in the running balance column is correct. This has been a problem for days now so I have to check to make sure things match. It's not related to pending transactions—this simply is not showing the correct online balance at the bottom of the Quicken register. Quicken Windows, up to date, PNC Direct Connect checking account.

Thank you for sharing your experience. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. When did this issue with the online balance being incorrect start? Is the online balance updating, but not to the correct amount, or is it not updating at all? How is the balance incorrect? For example, is it an old value (that was correct at the time), but is now outdated? Is it off by the value of pending transactions?
