Fidelity NOT WORKING, STILL!

Please advise when this will be fixed. My Fidelity accounts on Quicken are a complete mess. Please share the plan and promise date for a fix.

No one can answer your question, since you haven't stated what problem(s) you're having.

Also, since you haven't stated the problem, no one can tell you when it will be fixed since Q might not be able to fix it if the problem is caused by Fidelity.

Lastly, Q NEVER announces the content of any program update until it's released.

@bobchaput Adding to what @NotACPA said… There were a significant number of problems when Fidelity transitioned to the new connection method. Many have subsequently been fixed or worked around by Fidelity, by Intuit and/or by Quicken. Some of those fixes solved things moving forward, but required users to manually fix some data that was initially wrong. And some issues still remain. So that's why it's important for Fidelity users still experiencing problems to be specific about what problem you're having.

To help zero in on what is an ongoing problem with Fidelity and what you might want to tweak in your data to get past one of the original problems, one thing you might want to try is to create a temporary new Quicken data file for testing. This would be separate from, and not affect, your actual live Quicken data file. In the temporary file, just set up and connect your Fidelity accounts and see what downloads. This could help you see what is/isn't working in the test file, and might suggest a path to fix at least some of whatever is wrong in your live data file.
