Greenleaf Trust hasn't added in Classic for YEARS
I have been trying to add my 401k from Greenleaf Trust to my Quicken Classic for several YEARS and every time I get a CC-501 error. Please try again in a few hours.
It will add to Quicken Simplifi (several other glaring defects of that product) but it won't to the more expensive product.
Why should I continue to pay $100 a year for such a buggy software.

Thank you for sharing your experience.
After reviewing your connections internally, I am not seeing the CC-501 error. However, when Quicken is unable to connect to your bank account for recent transaction information, you’ll receive a message with these errors in the program.
If you receive this error for more than 24hours, which it sounds like you have, then you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance. They will be able to collect log files from you and escalate the issue if needed.
