Stop refreshing while working on a budget

It is frustrating to be working on a budget (for the next year) and have the budget page refresh and jump back to the current year and the top of the budget categories. I noticed that others have had this problem, but the New Ideas discussion is closed. The problem still exists.

    @RIB397 Do you have the option at Edit > Preferences > Investments "Automatically update quotes every 15 minutes" enabled? I have noticed that this causes Quicken to lose its focus and might be causing the problem you describe.

    If you normally the automatic quote update option enabled, you may need to turn them off while working on your budget.
