Can't connect to any new accounts online

Quicken is currently updating transactions in my current accounts (except citizens), but when I try to add a new credit card account (or bank account) i get a message that quicken can't connect and the account must be set up as manual. I certainly don't want manual updates. Any idea what's happening? Its not just a citibank issue, I tried with multiple accounts and get the same issue

Thanks for any help!!

Please do HELP, About Quicken and tell us what specific Q product you're running and the BUILD of that product.

On that same dialog, what's your "Subscription Valid thru … " date?

Also, is this happening with any account type other than credit cards?

Running Quicken Classic Premier for windows and have been for quite a few years. Subscription is valid thru November of 2026.

As I mentioned, it is happening with Citizens bank as well, but it appears to be any new accounts I try to connect to. It says it can't connect as shown above and tries to create a manual entry account

Does the same renewal date appear when, in Quicken (not in the Quicken.com website), you do a (click on) Help / About Quicken?

If not, please do a Help / Refresh Sign in.
I get the feeling that your Quicken software has lost touch with the server and cannot determine subscription status accurately, hence the error messages.
