We have identified that users with Synchrony Bank Credit Cards and Care Credit receive a CC-503 / 103 error in Quicken Classic for Windows and in Quicken Classic for Mac.
This is a known issue and has been escalated to our teams for investigation. At this time, we don’t have an estimated resolution, but we’re actively working on it.
