NEW! 12/16/25 Users unable to set up QBM - 'Could not add payment account'

We have become aware of an issue where customers are encountering a 'Could not add payment account' error when attempting to set up Quick Pay / CheckPay in Quicken Classic.

We are aware of the issue, and it has been escalated internally. No ETA for resolution is available at this time.
