Nordstrom Visa download issue

The ticket to track the Nordstrom Visa transaction download issue was closed. Why? The issue still exists. The quality of the software releases in the the last 1 1/2 years leave a lot to be desired.

    Thank you for reaching out. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. What issue are you running into when attempting to connect/update your Nordstrom Visa? Are you seeing any error messages/codes? If not, then are transactions failing to download, or are they downloading, but coming in reversed?

    I understand your frustration with the ongoing Nordstrom Visa download issue.

    Looking internally, I can see that your account is currently encountering an FDP-101 (CC-501) error. This is a known issue affecting Nordstrom Visa accounts. There is currently no ETA for a resolution, but you can follow updates and further information in this Community Alert.

    I also have been having trouble since early November, unable to download to quicken windows for Nordstrom Visa, even though my Discover card download still works. I get error cc-601, we cannot find an account with non-zero balance…

    This is very annoying, since this Nordstrom Visa download stopped working for about 10 months last year, and was fixed for a few months, and now is broken again.

    I am able to log into the Nordstrom card account on their website, and my balance is never at zero because I use the card a fair amount. I've been on the phone with Nordstrom Visa support, but they don't know what the problem is.

    Thanks for sharing those details—I understand how frustrating it is, especially given the history of this issue.

    While you’re seeing a CC-601 message externally, when we check the account on our end it is showing the same underlying FDP-101 error affecting Nordstrom Visa accounts. In other words, this is part of the same known issue referenced in the Community Alert, even though the error code may appear slightly different on your end.

    Our teams are still actively working on this with the financial institution and service providers. At this time, we don’t have an ETA to share, but updates will be posted to the Community Alert as soon as more information becomes available.
