Problem getting Quicken Classic on replacement computer

On a new replacement PC I logged in to Intuit to install quicken. Its apparent I had the cloud version AFTER paying for a year subscription. I have had a local version since it came out in 1983 and I want to continue with a local version, but it won't let me do it because I already have had the cloud version for 10 minutes.

Is there a way to cancel the cloud subscription, since I haven't even put my name into the app.

There is NO "cloud version" of Quicken. The cloud components are adjuncts to the desktop version of Q.

SO, what version of Q are you trying to install? The same as was on the old PC? Can you still run Q on that old PC and tell us the BUILD of that product, which is available at HELP, About Quicken.

The first time I installed Quicken from a CD on the new pc it created a new second subscription under my account when I submitted the required login and it would not open my existing Quicken file. So I uninstalled quicken and installed it again a second time. After I submitted my credentials this time it opened my original local quicken file without requiring me to upload my data to quicken. It is now working off-line like it did on my old computer. I have requested a $98 refund for the second cancelled subscription that was in place for about 30 minutes.

Trying to get the current Quicken from Intuit's web site??? Intuit divested Quicken years ago, and Quicken is now owned by Quicken Inc.

I am not trying to get Quicken. I am just trying avoid having duplicate paid accounts. But I have it resolved now by cancelling the 30 minute old redundant account and requesting a refund.
