UPDATED 2/18/26 Mr. Cooper (formerly Nationstar Mortgage) - FDP-105 / CC-505

We are currently seeing an issue with Mr. Cooper (formerly Nationstar Mortgage) returning an FDP-105 or CC-505 in Quicken Classic for Mac and Windows.

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.

    UPDATE 2/18/26

    Some users have reported that they were able to successfully reconnect by using the Rocket Mortgage financial institution listing instead of Mr. Cooper.

    If you would like to try this workaround, please follow these steps:

    1. Deactivate the existing Mr. Cooper connection in Quicken.
    2. Log in to the Rocket Mortgage website directly. You may be prompted to complete steps to pull in and verify your loan information.
    3. Return to Quicken and re-establish the connection, selecting Rocket Mortgage as the financial institution.

    While this workaround has resolved the issue for some users, this Alert will remain open for anyone who continues to experience FDP-105 or CC-505 errors with Mr. Cooper.
