Download bank of America credit card

One of my credit cards with Bank of America isn't downloading since August. The ending balance to my quicken account matches the online balance, but all of the transactions for September, October, November, and December are missing.

    Do you have any Filters set in the account? Is there a RESET button present above the register.

    Because I can't think of any other way that the Online Balance (which is downloaded) and the Ending Balance, which is calculated by Q can agree without transactions being present.

    Also, when you do TOOLS, Account List, what shows in the "Financial Institution", "Transaction Download" and "Last Download" columns for the account?
