I have had to download my Santander data from their website for several years now. It has never been a problem until about two months ago, and this month, the same thing has begun with Manasquan Bank.
When I go to download the data, the system wants to have Windows configured, and then it fails. I have read several discussions, and despite my Quicken being updated, the issue continues. I have Windows 11 (updated) on a Dell PC.
I have seen all the talk about saving/deleting files and then updating. I am not savy enough for that, and if this continues (I have other issues with Quicken not registering information accurately), I'm done with the program.
