    Thanks for the input. I've passed your note on to my contact at Simplii. I hope this helps resolve the issue but I still wonder why Quicken support has shown so little interest in helping. It seems Simplii has been making some efforts. I wish Quicken could show some support.

    Kudos to Ashley at Simplii Financial who has been wonderful at her customer service response. She called today to let me know that she had heard from their IT department that the errors had been corrected and that the download should work. I just tried it and it worked perfectly. Since reporting this problem to Quicken last December, I have had virtually no response from Quicken. If they cared, there was certainly no evidence that they did. Their response has been non-existent. It is possible that Quicken support were involved in helping to resolve this issue but I will never know because they don't seem to have any system for following up problems. I am grateful that Ashley from Simplii Financial stepped in to stay on this issue until it was resolved. She was amazing.
