Cannot connect/download transactions from ACORNS.COM. Receive error CC-501.

    Have you been able to connect/download from them before or is this a 1st attempt to do so?

    Have you tried doing Update Now (Account Register > upper right Gear icon > Update Now)? Update Now after a failed OSU can sometimes resolve some connection issues.
