Automated Transfers - where are they?

I seem to have lost bill pay functionality.. it just disappeared from my online center… so now I'm thinking about changing software altogether. I do have a number of automated transfers and payments that I had in place. Where are those recorded / processed? Examples… I had an automatic transfer of X dollars from one checking account to another account every month. Is that someone 'in quicken', or was that placed into one of my banks systems?

Dumb question probably, but I've been using quicken since the 90's with the same banks and I put things in place a long time ago. Really sad that quicken seems to be losing functionality or obscuring it so badly it's unusable.

    What bank?

Are/were you using Bank Bill Pay or Quicken Bill Manager?

What is the connection method that is currently set up for the account(s)? Don't assume…make sure you double check on the Online Services tab of Account Details, in Account List or at the top of the Account Register just below the Account Name.
