UPDATED 1/6/26 Grand Bank-Tulsa OK - "error": "invalid_client"
We are aware of an issue with Grand Bank-Tulsa OK, not allowing customers to connect via Express Web Connect+ on Quicken Classic and Quicken Simplifi.
Instead of being redirected to the financial institution's login page when customers click the ‘Sign In’ button in Quicken, they are taken to an error page that shows:
"error": "invalid_client",
"error_description": "client is invalid"
This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
