Sight Impaired Help!
I am having trouble viewing screens, so I went to settings and changed to "comfortable" and also changed the font to "bold". Much better. Then I changed another setting (don't remember what) and it made viewing much better. But when I tried to select register preferences, the screen came up and the update buttons on the bottom are cut off, and it won't allow me to do anything.

Maybe that "another setting" change was done to the Windows Display settings…such as Resolution and/or Magnification? Changes to either one of these can cause screen display issues like what you described. You can go to your Windows Display Settings and if they are not showing the Recommended Resolution and/or Magnification settings, you might want to try changing to them and see what happens.

I take it that the setting was in Quicken?
If so, you might have selected: View → Use Large Fonts
The reason things are cut off is because the "effective resolution" is lower than the minimum Quicken requires (usually in the vertical direction).
- Monitor: 1024x768 or higher screen resolution, 1280x1024 minimum for Large Font settings.
These are stated with the assumption that the Windows Scaling is set to 100%. If you set the Windows Scaling to 200% then you have to multiple these by 2 (1.5 for 150%, …).
