Column sizing issue

For the past couple weeks, many of my account registers have become unusable as the column sizes for all the text columns expanded and the numeric columns shrank to 3.2 characters each (e.g. -32.11). This can be rectified by manually setting each column width (starting with the text columns), after which Quicken will remember those manual settings. This is still the case as of R65.29, though it is possible the late November release was where it first appeared.

    Thanks for sharing the details about your column sizing issue—sounds frustrating! To help us better understand what’s happening, could you provide a couple of screenshots showing how your registers look with the column sizes messed up? That’ll help us see exactly what’s going on.

    Also, a few quick questions:

    • Where is your Quicken data file stored? Is it on your local hard drive (C: Drive) or on a cloud-based/external drive (e.g., OneDrive, DropBox, USB, etc.)?
    • Have you attempted any troubleshooting steps so far? If so, what have you tried?

    Once we have this info, we can look at possible causes and next steps.
