Subtracting not adding

Credit card transaction are subtracting from balance rather than adding. Long time user.

    A credit card register normally has a negative balance which is displayed in RED numbers, not BLACK.

    What color is your balance column?

    If Black, you have either lost some debit transactions or duplicated some credit (payment) transactions or your Opening Balance in the register has changed.

    Please confirm RED or Black.

    A screenshot with personal information blacked/fuzzed out would be helpful.
