Current Budget Report

The column labeled "Difference" has the wrong sign for the expense differences. Comparing actual vs budgeted expense, higher expenses than budgeted should have a positive difference. But Quicken shows a negative number. The signs for income are correct. Is this a bug?
I suppose it has to do with Quicken treating expenses as negative numbers. So the math is internally correct but the result is counter intuitive for the user.

As far as I know it's always been that way. I'd expect the issue has been raised hundreds and hundreds of times.
