Still can't download from FirstBank of Colorado

I've been getting the FDP-101 error for months now trying to download from FirstBank of Colorado. I understand it's been a Known Error. Is it still not fixed?

The open alert for this error was closed last week. We do have another alert open for this financial institution, but it's for a different error. In this case, I recommend taking a look at this Support Article.

This error occurs when Quicken is unable to connect to your bank account for recent transaction information. Please wait 24 hours and then reach out to Quicken Support directly if the issue persists.

I have been getting that same error for weeks now:

We were unable to connect to FirstBank of Colorado - ICM. Please try again later. If this issue persists, contact Quicken Care and report this error code and institution name. (FDP-101)

It did work briefly once in late December and I had to reconnect all my accounts, but it's broken again since then.

Is this an open issue with Quicken Support?
