Bulk Review of Transactions (Q Mac)

Quicken for Mac should allow you to bulk mark transactions as reviewed by category (like selecting all “Shopping:Amazon” transactions and marking them reviewed in one click). The “Reviewed” checkbox is designed for individual transactions, and there’s no built-in multi-select by category feature. This would save me a lot of time. PLEASE!!!!

@C Dub You can select multiple transactions*, and Control-click, and select "Set Status of selected transactions to > Reviewed".

Or after selecting the transactions, you can pull down the Transactions menu to select "Set Status to > Reviewed".

Or most simply: you can select multiple transactions and press Option-R.

Any of these will mark multiple transactions reviewed in one step. 😉

For selecting multiple selections you can select them in a register by Command-clicking on each one to add them to the highlighted set. Or to select all the transactions in a category, you can do a Search for that category, or you can Control-click on one transaction and select "Find [category]".

So I think there are multiple ways to do what you're asking for, but if I've misunderstood, please post back and give a more detailed example of how you would like a feature to work.
