Unspecified bill payment accounts

Hello

When I update transactions from 2 accounts (PNC, BOA) Quicken adds unspecified bill payment accounts. I never used this and do not intend to. I have been just deleting these accounts. Is there a way to stop Quicken from adding these? Thanks, Jim
