I need to switch from Quicken 2009 personal finance; What should I switch to?
I don't need many features. I run Windows 11 (just got a new computer and Quicken 2009 won't work any longer)

Here's the comparison of Q's Windows products. There's also "Starter Edition", but it can't read your current Q data file (it's truly for "starters" only).

You should at least try to convert to the 2013 version since you don’t use any online services or download transactions now. Starting in 2014 they instituted an ID password to get into your own data. I’m staying on 2013. Then it should be more stable and run on newer computer systems. 2013 runs on Windows 11.
You can download 2013 Deluxe directly from Quicken for free using this how to convert article. It’s under Converting from Quicken 2004-2009. Click on the blue words Quicken 2013 for Windows in step 3
FYI - All Quicken versions prior to QW2010 store your data in a series of files all sharing the same filename but with different extensions like - .IDX, .QEL, .QPH & .QDF, and all 4 of those files were rolled into a single-file .QDF in starting in 2010.
I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

Just adding a few clarifications and additional comments:
- The free 2013 download is for Quicken Deluxe. There is no other 2013 edition available. It will, however, convert and read whatever Quicken 2009 edition you have.
- You will need to upgrade to 2013 from your 2009 regardless of whether or not you want to upgrade to Quicken Subscription. It is an intermediary upgrade step that is required in order to upgrade further.
- After you upgrade to 2013 you can then choose whether to stay with 2013 or to upgrade to Quicken Subscription.
- The Subscription comparison matrix per the Quicken URL posted by @NotACPA does not, unfortunately, include the features for Quicken Classic Starter. Here is the link to an archived matrix that includes Starter which you might find helpful. Even though it is an archived webpage the Quicken (now Quicken Classic) matrix major features seems pretty much unchanged. (This matrix also includes the features of Simplifi (now Quicken Simplifi) that is a totally separate platform from Quicken Classic and is not compatible with the old Quicken or the current Quicken Classic software and data files.): https://web.archive.org/web/20221110145652/https%3A//www.quicken.com/product-selector
