QMac with QMobile: MM transactions inside investment account not showing up in budget

I am using the current QMac Premiere. I have a Morgan Stanley CashPlus account that has investment options inside QMac.

When I write a check in that account, QMac correctly shows the amount in my budget. But syncing to QMobile, the account is there, but there's no way to see the check entry NOR does the amount of the check get tracked in the budget display (like it does on the QMac desktop budget.)

Any ideas?

    Thank you for sharing the issue you are seeing.

    I have some follow-up questions for you.

    • How long has this been happening?
    • Have you tried deleting the transaction and re-entering it?
      • If not, this is a good place to start.
    • Does this issue occur with checks written from other accounts as well, or only this account?
    • When you said there is no way to see the check, did you mean you can't see it in the account, as well as it being missing from the budget?

    Additionally, screenshots of what you are seeing may be helpful. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
