When will the Mr Cooper issue be fixed

Mr Cooper was sold to Rocket Mortgage over a month ago and the connection is still not working. Is there a work around for this?

    Thank you Anja, I was able to get to the phase to enter my SS# so they are making progress.

    For Quicken Mac, I was able to successfully connect and download the latest balance, using Rocket Mortgage.

    For Quicken Windows, I was able to successfully connect using Rocket Mortgage and link to my account, but then the Online Services tab gives me the error of "One Step Update is not available" and have not been able to fix this.

    Got the same issue when I linked the account, no work around or fix.
