Deleting a zero-quantity Placeholder should automatically clear the Pending Placeholder Entries

The "Pending Placeholder Entries (nn)" area at the bottom of the transactions area of the window is not updated after deleting a zero-quantity placeholder from the transactions area. I have to click into the "Downloaded Transactions" or "Bill and Income Reminders" forms and then back to the "Pending Placeholder Entries" area for the deletion to take effect. (Unless there's a better way; … but this seems like a programming oversight.)

    I agree. This is a longstanding issue.
