UPDATE 1/26/26
We are aware of an issue some customers may experience when attempting to migrate to the new Discover Card Express Web Connect+ (EWC+) connection. You may see an error in Quicken that says "Sign in to Discover Card bank failed. Try again" or you may see a blank white screen at the Discover Website while completing the authorization/reauthorization.
We don’t have an estimated timeline for a resolution, but our teams are actively working to address the issue.
We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
Thank you!
