R65.29 - Show Tax Planner launches Quicken Installer

Quicken Classic Business & Personal R65.29 - When on the Planning → Tax Center page, clicking the Show Tax Planner link causes the Quicken Installer to launch, which then fails with "Error 1706: No valid source could be found for product Quicken" because its looking for an installation CD.

This seems to be very similar to the issue:

It looks like there was a patch created for that earlier version but is not applicable to this version.

    This is a known issue. The fix is to uninstall Quicken, then download and install a fresh copy of the Quicken installation software either from your online Quicken.com account or from https://www.quicken.com/support/how-do-i-download-quicken-quickencom-after-i-buy-it/ .

    For a small number of people this did not work until after they had deleted the Quicken program folder (not the folder with Quicken data files and backup files …do not delete these files or your data will be lost). Do this only as a last resort.
