My previous post was closed, issue not resolved, so reposting to find status
Previously, Merrill Lynch Benefits Online downloaded a QFX file, which Quicken could import. Now, one must use the Update command. It executes OK, but the data is incorrect. Portfolio holdings information is correct for equities, but not for Bond/Fixed Income. For Bond/Fixed Income, the number of shares is off by a factor of 100. HELP!!!!
Spent a lot of time on the phone with Quicken support. The issue was escalated to the development team, but nothing has happened.

Hello @dsclove,
Thank you for checking in on this!
Escalation ticket CTP-14894 is still open and being worked on.
The team handling this will reach out via email when this issue is resolved or if they need more information from you, so keep an eye out for that.
Hope this helps!

For reference, the original discussion was here:
New Download capability from Merrill Lynch Benefits Online downloads incorrect data — Quicken

I'm wondering about that … for those securities, what Security Type have you chosen? Stock, Bond, something else?
If your securities are about Mutual Funds which invest in bonds, the Security Type should be Mutual Fund, not Bond.
IIRC, real Bonds are sold in multiples of 100 … hence the discrepancy. What does your brokerage statement say about these investments?0 -
Response to UKR's suggestion - It doesn't matter what security type I specify, or whether "Use downloaded asset class" is checked or not checked. The problem persists.
