Accounts for Schwab, UBS, Chase, Citi all are not downloading transactions and updating online balances.

I'm not getting error messages, but I'm not getting transactions either
When you do HELP, About Quicken … what shows as your BUILD and your "Subscription Valid thru" date?
When you do TOOLS, Account List … what shows in the "Transaction Download" and "Financial Institution" columns for each of those accounts?
Also, the banks and stock markets are closed today for MLK Day. So that could be the reason for no download. Have you gone online to each and seen if there is anything to download?
