We are receiving reports that users are unable to connect to multiple connection options for www.mycardstatement.com due to an FDP-102 error. Below is a list of the financial institutions affected by this issue:

  • MyCardStatement - CTP-16101
  • NewBridge Bank - Credit Card
  • Northview Bank Credit Card
  • People's Trust & Svgs Bk CCard
  • TCM Bank - Credit Card - CTP-16104
  • Clean Water Action Credit Card
  • EZCardInfo.com
  • Heartland Bank Credit Card
  • MidSouth Bank LA - Credit Card

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
