Thank you for sharing your experience and reporting the issues you are seeing.
The issue you are having sounds a little different than the issue in the thread you posted on, so I went ahead and created a separate thread for you.
I have some follow-up questions to help us narrow down what could be causing this.
- When did this issue start?
- Is there a certain bank that the update is getting stuck on?
- Are you seeing any error codes on your end?
- Where is your data file located?
- You can see this by going to File. The first file listed near the bottom of the menu is the file that you are currently in. The file pathway will be displayed there, and that is what we are looking for.
- Is your file being synced/backed up by any third-party services like Dropbox, OneDrive, or Google Drive?
Additionally, screenshots of what you are seeing may be helpful. If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
