How To Stop Payee Names Being Renamed With "memo" attached
I am using Quicken for Windows, release: R65.29.
When Quicken downloads the information from my bank (Huntington) it always changes the payee name to "payee name memo payee name," for example: Substitute Checkmemosubstitute.
How do I stop Quicken from adding the "memo" to the payee's name?

In that banking account, click the GEAR icon in the upper corner, click "Register Columns", and check "Downloaded Payee". That will show you what's being downloaded to Q.
Next, do TOOLS, Account List and tell us what "Financial Institution" and what "Transaction Download" is being used.
Now, tell us that Account info, and what's being downloaded and we can proceed from there. REAL EXAMPLES please, no more cryptics.
