I am so frustrated with the Fidelity/Quicken interface. The errors are continuous and seemingly without resolution. I estimate these problems began within the past year. I request that staff be assigned to resolve these issues to make the interface work.
Most recently a bond matured, the register shows that it matured, but did not delete the bond from the account inventory of securities. Subsequently the account value is overstated, the cash is recorded but also the original bond.
Is there a resolution to this issue or has staff been assigned to resolve this problem?
