The Fidelity Investments/Elan Financial interface does not work. It has been this way for some time. Could you please correct this link? It is difficult to keep control of one's finances when the link is so error-prone.

    To further investigate, could you provide more details about what exactly you’re seeing when trying to connect? Do you receive any specific error code(s) and/or message(s)?

    All of my Fidelity accounts and Elan cards have been totally messed up for over a week. I have 2 different logins (mine & husbands) for both. When I rest one, some of the account are ok and others go bad. These problems are becoming more and more annoying. Why should I be paying for this service when it is consistently bad.

    I’ve checked your connection on our end, and the connections for Fidelity Investments are currently showing as successful, so we’ll need those details to determine what’s happening in your specific setup.
