Updating different accounts from same bank.
I have two joint accounts at Chase (with my wife). In addition we each have our own credit card account. Since the credit cards are linked to different SS numbers they download separately. i.e. If I use my ID I will get the two joint accounts and my credit card. The same is true for my wife's ID. The problem is that the fourth account is then considered deleted and must be "fixed". When this is dine the other credit has the same situation. Has anyone experienced this and is there a real fix.

Isn't this the CC-800 error?
Try this.
Go to every Chase Account, including old Separate/Hidden Accounts, and make sure they are disconnected for downloading. As you disconnect each Account go to the General Tab under Account Details and erase both the Financial institution information and the Account Number. (Quicken moderators generally add the instruction to go to Chase and disallow 3rd party apps from accessing your accounts at Chase.)
Then start the Add Account process specifying Chase as the FI. Enter your User ID and Password combination when asked to do so and Quicken should come back with every Chase account that's available using that combination. Carefully LINK each account at Chase to the correct Quicken Account.
When that's done start the Add Account process again, using Chase as the FI, then enter you wife's User ID and Password and LINK her Chase account to the correct Quicken Account.

In what way is the account indicated as "deleted"? What's the exact wording of the message or the exact code?
And, do you have all 4 accounts set up individually in Q? The 2 joint accounts plus one card under 1 Chase ID & pwd and the other card under the other ID & pwd?
How do you "fix" the situation? What do you do?
My wife & I have a joint checking account at US Bank, and I have a separate checking account with them and a card account (on which she's an authorized user) and I have no problems downloading into Q?
Also, we both have separate taxable & retirement accounts at Fidelity … and there's no problem downloading from all 6.

The red circle to the left of account in account list. I have tried to reset the account and have deactivated and reset. These both worked but then the other credit card gets the circle icon. The problem seems to be that Chase sees 4 accounts even though only three show when resetting. When I update it looks for all four at Chase. The error CC-800 appears that one account did not update.

I have been told by Q that the problem is that the cards have different SS numbers. This last example only has one for all three. But thanks
