I've been using Quicken for 15+ years on Windows. Today, it stopped working - wouldn't even load. I figured that uninstalling and reinstalling would help, but unfortunately I think my backup file got turfed. Frustrates me to no end, that I seem to be starting from scratch with Quicken. Now, the reinstall won't work. There is no Quicken folders or files on my PC that I'm aware of. I am getting a "Quicken Failed to Install - Exit Code: 1723" error message. "There is a problem with this Windows Installer packag. A DLL required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor." I am using Windows 10 and have a paid subscription for Quicken Classic Business and Personal.
